Lose Weight. Live Life. Podcast

Apr 9, 2021

On this episode I talk about the gift of giving yourself a full 12-months to prioritise and create permanent weight loss in your life.

Now I know that when I wanted to lose weight the thought of having to work at it for a full 12-months would have filled me with horror but working on it for 12-months is not the same as waiting for 12-months to feel amazing.

So, listen in to this episode if you're interested in finding a permanent weight loss solution that will equip you to deal with all the ups and downs of life's challenges, and not some quick fix diet that leaves you hanging when the going gets tough.

I tell you exactly why it’s so important that you address your relationship with yourself and your life when you’re seeking permanent weight loss.

And I share some insights and the benefits of joining a small group coaching program for support.
