Lose Weight. Live Life. Podcast

May 21, 2021

On this episode I share something a little different. A Lose Weight. Live Life. Academy member recently asked me a question about my personal weight loss mindset changes on one of our live calls. It was a great question and made me think about the changes that occurred over time, and how some of my mindset shifts were intentional and others were not.

And the reason that I want to share my response to that question with you here on the podcast too is because I want you to see how few of those mindset shifts were food related. I also want to share how some mindset shifts came about because of hard work and how others occurred more intuitively.  I think my story also illustrates that change does take time, and that’s okay.
